Directions
For Wine: pour 2 bottles of wine into a stock pot (optional: add1/2 cup Brandy & 2-4 Tbsp of maple syrup or honey). Add 1 oz of mulling spices (1/3) of tin. Heat over medium heat until steam, then reduce heat to extra low & heat for 20 minutes, longer for a spicier flavor.
For Cider: pour 1 gallon of apple juice into a stock pot & add 1 oz of mulling spices (1/3 of tin). Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat & simmer, covered for 2-3 hours.
