Honey Granules

Granulated honey is honey that has been dried and ground. The honey retains the same flavor but has a crunchy quality to it.  Granulated honey dissolves well in liquids, and is often used for vinaigrettes, sauces, marinades, and brines. However, bakers and candy makers are the ones who most often use it, as a way to bring honey flavor to baked goods, without having to deal with the sticky mess honey can often bring to the kitchen!
