Chia Seed, whole
Yes these look like the chia seeds you might use to grow a chia pet, but they are not quite the same (though closely related.) These are the kind you eat! An excellent source of fiber and heart-healthy fats, chia seeds pack some serious nutritional punch! They have a mild flavor and can easily be added to many foods you already enjoy. Try adding whole or ground chia seeds to smoothies, juices, milk, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes or a granola bar recipe. Try them sprinkled on salads or cereal, baked into muffins or breads.
