Grapeseed flour is made from the seeds of grapes that have been used to make wine, in this case Chardonnay! The seeds are ground into a fine powder that is roughly the same texture as wheat flour. Grapeseed flour is gluten-free and adds a new flavor palette to the GF baker's pantry! Mix in your recipes in place of some of the almond flour or rice flour and see!
